2001 ML430 sunroof will not close please help.
The sunroof will open but not close. I was told that it could be the plastic clips but I was not told what the plastic clips looked like or how to replace them. I am not sure where they are located. Please help. Thank you.

Have you made any effort to look? There might be debris/object on either side of the glass track?
Or if the battery voltage dropped below 10v or you disconnected the battery, you will have to resync the system.
