Air intake duct hose
Hallo
So I was just wondering what the function of the air intake duct hose is (part number A 163 505 00 61). It looks like it is designed to impede the airflow to the filter. Is that the case?

I meant impede as in reduce/control, not block completely. I just thought that because it looks like you would get a lot more unrestricted airflow into the filter if you remove the duct, no?
