How did that happen? did it come off a vehicle in front of you or did you run over it?

Nope and couldnt catch them due to that metal piece getting embalmed into the car. had to destroy the bumper (which was already smashed) to pry it out.

Sorry to hear about your vehicle but at least your OK.
Reminds me of the time my wife ran over part of a washing machine that had also fallen off a truck bed.
The agitator spindle came through the floorboard of her Honda CRX and nearly pierced my leg.
Luckily I escaped with a few minor scrapes and bruises but it could have been a lot worse.

Good luck finding a new bumper. Ebay is your best option for both availability and price.

Yup, $163 dollars off ebay. My mechanic is going to have it painted and installed at a good price so its fine. Still wish it didn't happen though.

Just an update, got a happy ending. All repairs completed. Also got a full interior and exterior detail. While in the shop, I had them do all the valve cover gaskets and crankcase hoses too. This truck is finally 100%

You lucky it didn't go trough the windshield, life is more valuable than a front bumper Thank God for that!!!
