2001 ML320's for $22K from dealership
Mercedes in Calsbad CA is selling their loaner vehicles. I'm looking at ML's and was wondering what you guys thought about their price. 2001's, all around 50K miles, with starmark. All pretty stock, and selling for 22K. Good Deal or no???
most people beat the crap out of loaners cuz they figure it's not their car, why not do a little "test drive"

still, some people who get loaners are gentle on them and treat the car with respect, but after them, who knows.
unless they give a REALLY good deal AND a extended warranty or extended starmark warranty, wouldn't go for it.
ABsc280, ill make you a deal on mine... less miles, modded, super clean, all ml flaws worked out...
Yeah, I test drove a couple at the dealership, they felt solid, but were not as clean as I hoped. Inside dirty, outside lots of little tiny bumps and bruises. I know when I get a loaner, I feel it's my chance to see what the car can do, so I understand that point. I'm leaning towards any that I can find with 7 seats because they said they would charge $2K to install seats. Oh well, let the search begin...
Thanks for the input everyone... and any other suggestions or comments are welcomed...

My ML has been much more reliable since I took it elsewhere for service.
BTW I think 22k is too much but might be worth it for the piece of mind with Star Mark.
But there again being a loaner it will have been driven hard !
Alternatively I have a fine example of a 2000 ML430 57,000 miles which might interest you :-)) I'm in SD.
