Exclamation Gear stucked on P

Hello, at first of all im sorry about my English.
I own ML w163 2.7 120kw 2004.

In the middle of january there was a pretty cold outside, about -20 degrees. planning to go work but the car didnt start. tried it about ten times to start but the car didnt start.
So i was thinking maybe i should take of the battery and recahrge it, so i did couple of day later. While it was full charged i was reconnect the battery the next they and there was out something -16 degrees and the car was finally started AFTER SIX times of trying. so for the next days i was just didnt touch the car and waited when the weather was bit warmer, lower than -10 degrees.

Couple of days waiting for the warmer weather, i was thinking maybe its the best time to switch my fuel filter and air filter, cause it havent changes for decades (illustrating)
There was out -6 degrees and the car was started finally after 4 times trying. so i took my car to the dads garage. switched fuel filter and then tried to start the car.

And the anomaly was begin.
After i started the car 4 lights came on and didnt go off: BAS-ESP,ETS,ABS ja BRAKE
I was pretty suprised then i hit the brake and tried to switch from Park to Reverse but the P didnt go anywhere, even. D or N or +- gear
Finally i called for the dealer and the only thing what we found with computer was fault code P1925.

i but some pictures also to understand better whats going on with my car

Need some help what to do next. (oh yeash we find also that headlight motor is not connected very well, and making some noise but i dont think it will cause this kind of problem)

Only way to switch the gear to drive or reverse was using screwer and to it manually from there in the picture I was driving couple of km and the gears was switched good on D (1-5) (nothing stuck) But the lights on dashboard BAS-ESP,ETS,ABS and BRAKE was still on and didnt go off.

Only fault code what was given by the computer, what it means, cant find from the internet

these lights was still on. While i was driving (changsin prom Park to Drive gear manually with screwer) also there was something peeping but when i hit the brake the noise was off, realase and start again peepeing.

Dealer said i should change this module but is it help or should i change the floor swift module?

Who supplied you with the code P1925? It is not a DAS code, it is a shifter problem.

Do you have your own scanner to read codes?

All the time watching the LED, turn the key to position #2 and see if the LED blinks once.

In a separate test, turn the key to pos. #2 and step on the brake pedal, have someone see of the brake lights come on.

All these lights, BAS-ESP,ETS,ABS and BRAKE, that are on have to do with the Traction Control Module and codes will be stored, but you do not have any codes.

You need your own scanner.

If it blinks once it means the your key is recognized and is not faulty.

Yes that is okay,
It blink once
Brake lights come also on
Only thing what i saw was leftside Reverse light isnt working when i put R manually in.
Last year i was changing that conductor plate.
So i was going for a ride to try is it still swifting gear on D, and everything was okay when i out D manually in. All the gears was on but these lights was still on esp bas brake and that beeping noise.

Dealer said i should switch N15/3 module? That module in my picture? But the fault code was module N15/5 does it mean my floor shifter is not working?

Also tried that steering wheel sensor (turning left and right couple of times) fix but it didnt help.

What i reconized also is thet when i put the Gear ob D manually, later i can but it back to P again if i press the brake and then its again stuck, so if i want to drive i have to use a screwr again.

The next step is to check fuses 16 & 22 in the eng. compartment fuse box. Turn the key on and with a volt meter check to see that there is 12v on both contact points on both fuses.

Hello again, today i checked and both fuses are okay and working. Have no idea where this problem is located now. What would be the next step? Start switching parts?

(Will soon) edit my profile also, cant do it in mobile

Did you test the fuses with a volt meter while the key was on?

Yes i tried it and,

After a week i didnt touch the car and the new journey begin

Bas-esp lights was blinked only when i started car after a week again. Then i touched the brake and whoa, the gear box was worked again, i was avia
ble to shift from P to R and drived couple of meters then i hit the brake again and all the 4 lights belov started light again and when i switch pack to P it was stucked again.

Then my friend got new scaner and found out 2 other issuses

So now there is a 3 fault codes.
1 what i know allready P1925
And the new ones was C1174 and C1210

I think those codes are bound eatch other some how? So i should start looking for the problem for there?

After 2 weeks you couldn't find the time to update your profile.

Get a new shifter.
