Free stuff from benz?
Simple thread, what kind of free stuff has Ma Benz sent you? You can't claim warranty repairs as free stuff. I mean like bribes for good surveys and stuff.
One day shortly after purchase I got a fancy leather thingy. I guess its for business cards and stuff. I have no idea what the hell its really for, unless its a really huge wallet.
They also sent me a SUPER nice wool blanket, with MB embroidered on it.
A couple of postcards, and I sent off and got that free poster with the card that comes in the warranty info book. It was creased when I got it...
Anyhow, thats what I have been given for being a customer.
As a technician I have scored a nice jacket, some leather luggage (love it!), a few snap on tools gift certificates, and some other odds and ends. I also get all the headaches and stress I can handle for free!!!

a nice pat in the back. i submitted the evaluation form and said that they should at least hand out a key chain with the mercedes keys to the car. seems kinda cheap for MB to hand you two loose keys with a rubberband.

Got some nice key chains over the years and a coffee mug or two. I also got the leather thing that Saturnstyl got. Oh, and a pen or two. But after 12 Benz cars you'd think I could score a ticket to the MB factory to pick up the next one!

I don't think this came as a result of our owning two Mercedes-Benz vehicles. My suspicion is that the mailing came because of a card we fill out at a charity event, where Mercedes-Benz was a co-sponsor.

my family and i have bought quite a few mbs from ray catena mb in nj. weve gotten key chains, mugs, blankets, amg hats, mb hats, luggage, fruit baskets, plants, us atlas, mb bears/stuffed animals, invitations to mb and amg parties and replacement light bulbs

I have received keychains and mugs as well as gift certificates for $25. I just got another gift certificate last week that I will put toward my oil change.

took my ml in for service and all 3x they forgot to do something. I complained and got a coupon for a free detail service[wash wax]which im not sure about because my 5yr old can wash my car better then the dealer,and thats what 1 of my complaints was about.

I've recieved couple fruit baskets, a plant or two, couple mugs, couple hats and shirts, a nice mercedes watch and the normal stuff like keychains, MB magazines etc....oh and I personally met the owner ...what can I say, Ray Catena MB in New Jersey sure knows how to treat their clients
