ImportXpression Car Show pics of my Ml
Here are a few pics of the show at Limerock Raceway Conneticut. I won three trophies! Best SUV. Best I.C.E (In Car Entertainment) and Highest S.P.L. level (Sound Pressure Level).

Too gaudy
Surely you could add another 3 or 4 TV screens, no? How about one on the outside of the back door for people driving behind you to watch? Gucci door panels?! Why not paint TOMMY GEAR on your tires? That'd be real squeakin'!

Hope you weren't callin me a hater!
Is that "sodomy blue"?
A set of curb feelers and some fuzzy dice would really complete the look
Anyone remember the Movie Escape from New York? Remember the HNIC called "The Duke"? He had a pair of crystal chandaliers (sp?) suspended up over the corners of the fenders on his... you guessed it, Cadillac. Hilarious! If they remade that movie today, this ML would be a good substitute
No offense - just being honest. That flip down LCD screen isn't big enough. I think you could fit one of those 42" plasma flat screens in there if you really tried
Hey eyceburg11,
Awesome work done!! I alway like people being an "orignal", so don't be a hater people !!! One last comment, the clothes sure make the girls look nices but once it come off, most of them are very disappointed....:>)), been there, done that.

Thanks again for the comments...
No enine mods. Just a custom intake. I had the Gucci done professionally. Rdigglerino, I was'nt calling you a hater. I was refering to Jim Banville. He is entitled to his own opinion. I just don't understand how this guy can compare my vehicle to a "Cadillic" or "perfect for crusing the projects." This is a Mercedes with a prestidious manufacturer who supplied the body kit and wheels, Lorinser. My modifications are done with the top of the line mobile and audio equipment. Nothing in my car is cheap nor gaudy. But thanks for the comments anyway:p
Hey stefan, do you know if they make any blue wood kits? i know a company makes them for range rover.... big props for being daring like that, you have one hell of a benz!!! your car is undoubtedly the best looking by far that i have seen! keep up the amazing work!

We all know the truth. I've seen people paint their home purple! I'm sure they weren't thinking, "Let's make this place look as gaudy as possible!"
Perhaps you should complete your "MOD-DEE-FEE-K-SHUNS" with a big 'ole wing on the top?
In all honesty, the exterior of your M class doesn't look "bad". Its just that the OVER DONE interior really detracts from it. It sort of makes you think that rather than picking a few tasteful accessories to make your car "different", you instead tacked on every accessory available (just short of the curb feelers and fuzzy dice). Were they too gaudy? Like, how many TV's can someone possibly squeeze into a car - even in places like the back of headrests where no one will ever see them unless they are standing behind the car! And, I don't know what some "old man" has to say about a phrase like "player hater", that has itself only been around for about 6 or 7 years (am I mistaken - were people saying this back in the 40's?), but I don't "hate" you
I simply find overly accessorized vehicles to be very tasteless.

Message for Jim B.
I respect your honesty Jim. Everyone has different tastes. What I did to my interior was strickly for shows. I'm not sure if you know, but there are hundreds of import car shows and competitions. Each show draws thousands of people who admire the incredible work that the owners did to their vehicle. The more TV's, the more points you get, the more points, the better chance for you to get a trophy and a cash prize. I assure you, the spectators and judges at these shows don't think my car is "overly done" or "tasteless."
Hi Folks,
I just want to make SURE you folks.... don't be confuse between JimB and Jim Banville. We are totally diffirent person.
I like more gadget on cars/ML but not him. :-)
Have a nice day fellows,
Jim Bakal

I still love what you did to your car. Not a fan of the ML but love what you did.
You really should start doing some engine mods to your car though...it'll do well in the competitions (not that's it doing poorly now). That's what I am working on my X.
And who cares what some people have to say about "over-doing" cars. They simply aren't car enthusists who have no idea about car shows (or they are just jealous) that young people like you and I drive awesome modified cars. Take care bro and I'll probably see you at an event around NYC. I'm the X with a big a## nitrous system...hehe. The first...at least that I know of.
My mods (some of the expensive ones):
20inch rims
H&R springs
NOS
Eisenmann race exhausts
Custom painted trims
carbon fiber exterior panels
AC Schnitzer interior
Dinan engine mods
neon kit
