ML 320 CDI
I have two questions about this:
-Will the quad exhaust be available for the 320 CDI?
-If yes, will it fit without the AMG bumper?

I've done this image with fireworks.

The tips are the one of the chrome pack and are screwed to the exhaust pipe.

You would have to buy 2 tips as spare parts, then weld them with the original one and put some pipe that interconect the two.

You would also need to cut AMG bumper; the one of the image is the original amg bumper cut.

I have respect the proportions so the space is enough but just enough to put the quad tips.

Best Regards.

Ok, I didn't see in the first place that it was made with computer. I thought it was an accessory from AMG.

Anyway, you can be proud of what you have done since I believed it was real!!!

Don't want to sound rude but don't you find this hazardous to do it yourself? What about the resale value of your car? I'm quite sure that serious tuners or even AMG will release this kind of exhaust in a near future. Don't you think it would be more "safe" to go this way??

Don't know the work that it has, but seems to only have to cut bumper and weld the new tip with a tube to the existing one.

Best Regards.

ML 320 CDI
If I remember well you'll have a ML 320 CDI. If you modify the exhaust (even if it's the very end of it), you'll modify the gas flow. This could have consequences on the turbo's operation and since the new V6 CDI are more than optimized, perhaps it can cause troubles like loss of power or, even worse, damages in your engine.

Be careful of this kind of "home made" modifications.

I don't know, I'm not knowledgable enough in this field to give you an answer. I just wanted to warn you about this kind of modifications. I have seen turbo diesel cars facing problems due to exhaust modifications.

But perhaps you're right and you won't modify enough the flow to cause troubles.

If any other member could enlight us on this point... feel free.
