Keyless Go Retrofit on ML350?

Hello all,

I really like the keyless go option but unfortunately it is not available on ML350. Is it possible to do a retrofit afterwards?

Thanks,

You would really want an unreasonable budget ! It is possible as it follows that all things are possible within the scope of genuine parts being available.

I know, I was hoping since the keyless go is available as an option on ML500, those genuine should be available on ML350 as well.

Hi, I actually wanted to retrofit the parktronic system on my car, I called the dealer and they said that it's possible but it'll be "VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE"(his actual words) and that they have no idea how long it will take. I imagine keyless go would be even harder to retrofit, if not impossible. if you want it realy bad, you can always seel you Ml if it's not too old.

Yeah...I think the Keyless Go feature might be difficult to retrofit...you might find a place that can do the job but is gonna cost you. I was also trying to retrofit parktronics which I think should come standard in all ML's but I have not found a place yet (I also have gotten used to the size of my car now, so I don't think is that much of a requirement for me anymore). Keyless Go does not seem like a "needed" feature in the ML for MB to put standard on all cars...parktronics on the other hand helps...but for some silly reason MB does not put it standard on all cars...really really silly especially since the option is less than $1,000 bucks...I did not get it because there was no Silver/Black with it at the time my husband bought me the car...in reality MB will make it easier for everyone to just put things standard on the car...people will pay the difference...no problem...and we would not have to go through the hassle of choosing from all the options. Talking about options...I thought MB was bad...have you seen Porsche...I was trying to help a family member choose one and they have a ridiculous list of options...it almost drove me crazy.

parktronic can be added fairly easily. I think it is about $2000 installed.

Really? Where? Is it MB parktronic or third party? I've been wanting Parktronic for a while now.
