Well its 3 weeks early than scheduled. Its at the dealer only thing that sucks is I cant get it for a week since we are right up againts the holiday. Have to fly out of state to get it. So I will fly out next Tuesday to get it. Will post some pics. Options are as follows:

Yep live in California car will be here, but registered out of state. I did this with my E320 CDI when I got it new also. Worked perfectly till I hit 7500 then I registered it here.

Yep two CDI's in the house...basically... my garage has carpet and heat..lol The wait is killing me!!

I usually keep my cars 5 years then move on... I know that they will last forever but I like the latest you know.... have had my E CDI for 2 years great car, looking forward to the ML. I am not sure how many people but cars and register out of state. I know a few that by RV's and do it. I saved like $6000 in sales tax.. Its about working the system to get what you want.
