what do u ppl suggest would be a better looking grille for my alpine rain ML, an all silver grille with chrome ribs, or a black grille with chrome ribs? im torn between the two, i want both but could only buy one.

nah.....i got my silver grille almost 4 weeks now, it made a lot of difference, worth every penny!

Do With The Silver, Always Looks Better

From what I understand, the 350's come w/ a black grill, and the 500's come w/ a chrome grill? Is that right?

ML500--silver grille with chrome slats
ML350--black grille, for 07 black with chrome slats, optional: silver with chrome slats.
ML63--black with chrome slats

Alpine Rain .. hrm, the black w/ chrome slats will provide more contrast and look better IMO. I'm basing this on the fact that I want to order a silver ML350 and I think the black w/ chrome looks best.

I also have alpine rain, and Im going to actually paint the grill the same color. That will look crazy, I suggest you do the same.

Definitely not a bad idea, may look even better but personally Id keep the ribs of the grill chrome for some better contrast
