Curious about AMG Sport Package
I'd love to get those 20" AMG wheels and the tires as well. My configured ML350 is already $65k before taxes, etc. At some point it might be cheaper to just get the ML63
You have a good point there but is it really worth it to get a ML63? I mean gas mileage alone will already rip your account unless you're earning 6 digits a year NET

Or am I seeing things? Or are they showing people a ML63 hoping they'll drop $4.5k for the sports package?

It does have the fender flares but what I'm trying to point is the "EXTENDED FLARES" that the ML63 have but not present with the AMG SPORT PACKAGE for the 350, 320CDI and 500. Refer to the image and I encircled the "Extended Flares" as what we may call it hahahhahahahaha
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Definately gives it a wider more aggressive stance. Now I'm curious too. I might want them

I just found out they sell 19" 5 spoke AMG wheels on the ML63 in Europe. I wonder if I could get those wheels on my ML350. Its the same design as the US ML63's 20" but they are 19"

Vik888,
Sadly, I don't own a ML yet (planning to get one and want it to look like the 63) so I really don't know what the part# is but then, there is always the dealer (overpriced as usual to some) and this forum (anyone who knows the part#) who can always help us. hey, you might end up getting it first and hopefully would share the part# to us and all the other cost (labor, paint, installation) that went into it.

Really want a ML63 but guys like me who is more of a budget and practicality in terms of a SUV, the ML63 is way too much for me. Its a nice SUV, its fast, but I think the CDI is a good buy for me than the 63. anyway, that is for me, my opinion.
Sadly, no CDI for me. I'm in California. Regardless, the milage on the ML350 of 17/21 is pretty good for such a heavy SUV.

Vik888,
If you're not really in a hurry, wait like a year the most and I GUARANTEE, somone, somewhere around US, he/she will sell his/her ML63 rims. Just wait and check out ebaymotors once in a while. I've seen a couple of SL55-030(PP) rims as well as for the SL65 so one way or another, someone will sell their rims. Bright side is, you get it cheaper (I hope)
btw, anybody installed 20" ML63 rims on regular MLs with no fender flares? im curious if it would fit flush, or would go beyond the fender wells....

Thanks, kababayan
Also, checked the website, and yes they've got it but it doesn't particularly point out on the flares alone. The No. or shall I say code is (U49) which consists of the ff:1.) AMG Front and Rear Aprons
2.) Flared Wheel Arches (which is what we are looking for)
3.) The 20" rims found on the ML63
So I guess it's better off to get any ML w/o the AMG Package from the dealer and order it separately so we can get (U49) so it would include the wheel arches, great. hahahahahahahaa

I'm curious too if the 19" (Euro) or 20" wheels for ML63 stick out if you don't have flared fenders.
Thanks, kababayan

Another question, is the rear AMG Apron separate from the rear bumper just as the regular non-AMG bumper has a lower and upper part, or it it a one piece assembly?

thanks for the helpful info. with regards to your question, the way I Look at it (I'm guessing here). it maybe a one piece assembly OR if its a two piece, it might be considered as one Part#.
I just base my own conclusions to what I observe and it may be true or false.

Interstate, as of what I noticed in the website, MIGHT BE a distributor in Netherlands. Am not sure but as to what you might have noticed, they also carry ALPINA for the Bimmers Lorinser also for the MB's. Maybe sort of a Tire Rack version in Netherlands. I'm just guessing here
Anyone from Netherlands here? Need Help translating here
Are all the part numbers universal? So if I go to my MB dealer parts counter here in Canada could they order all the parts and pieces to complete a AMG body kit?
Also, anyone have any idea of cost for all the parts?
