Can I ask why your '06 ML500 is soon to be your former ML500?

Here is the Northeast you almost never see used cars newer than a typical lease term old (24-36 months) because people here seem to prefer to rent rather than own, but MBUSA is showing a large number of '06 and even '07 CPO MLs. This doesn't seem to bode well for the new ML.

interesting question, its one my wife asks me often. thought of getting an
E350 on the MB employee Master lease program. the payment is roughly $100 a month, but I may not get the kickback to make it 100bucks every month so some months it would be $450. I thought of buying a new Ford F150 but I'm not up for 600/mo right now. the SEL is okay for now but it has 213,000 on it and uses as much oil as it does fuel. I'll get around to valve stem seals. any of that answer your question? It doesn't answer my wife's either...

What is the MB employee Master program and how can it allow the E350 for roughly $100/month?

gotta be a MB Master in your field (ie tech, service advisor etc) gotta take about 3+ years worth of classes, a bunch of online tests, and then the dealer you work for has to participate. i've heard of some dealer's contributing to the point of the car being nearly free.

So it's something the dealers offer and not directly from MB right? Because I work in PE at MBUSI and all I know about is the MVP, plus we get factory leases on ML's and R's,but still not $100/month.

It is through the dealer even though MB and your dealer split the contribution totaling $350. it then applies toward the already great Employee lease program. some dealers have made their own criteria to qualify and screwed it all up. this probably is not real public information but its not like someone could just drive in and fool a salesperson into doing it for them.
