I'm going to be in the market as soon as I sell my Toyota SUV. Anyone know where one can get the best prices, good dealership (preferably in the South/Southeast)? I'm not looking for a pretty "bare bones" ML320 CDI.

Any experience on other purchasers on this forum? What am I looking at: $43,000, $44000??

There's a guy on the forum selling his 08 ML320 CDI "bare bones" with only 1xx (yes less then 200 miles) on it

I know its a little late after your post, but if you call Jeremy Easterling at Dick Dyer and Assoc in Columbia, SC I guaranty he can give you a strong price. I bought an 08 Cdi there in OCT, love the car, the deal was as straight forward as could be. his # is 803-600-2824

Question- I would like to pay $1000 over invoice. Is that doable?

I'm not very in the know of current pricing on the ML320 cdi's but getting one for 2k-2.5k under MSRP (aka 1000 above invoice)...is not possible based on what I know/have heard
