I strongly suggest that you stop by your local MB dealer to take a look at the all-season mats before you buy them. The mats are not rubber, but plastic instead.
They are kind of weird (that's the best explanation I can come up with) and according to my parts department rep get returned all the time because they don't perform as expected.
Just some food for thought.

P.S. I have the net divider and LOVE IT. It's wickedly expensive but with four dogs it works like a charm and it collapses into a neat bag, which fits perfectly in the spare tire compartment.
