hello every one, have an ml500 2006 but need to make a stronger sound for my car, any sugestions.............
withoout paying alot of money

Just remove it it will make lots of good noise as for the air intake just remove the OEM one and it will breathe lots better.

Ha, Ha....Sosh....
If you don't like to remove the whole exhaust system to make big "bangs" drill some good holes in the dual mufflers to get "baritone" sounds.

Khairo, frankly say, check with a good muffler store like Meinekee. Good luck.

Just what I said remove it and you do not have to replace it with anything. Just unbolt it from the manifolds and take all the clamps holding it in place off. The sound then will be much stronger.

lol... khairo, you're getting crap because you're asking the wrong questions...

the right questions would be: what exhaust mods can i do to free up a few ponies? how can i get it more free flowing?

'how can i make it louder' is basically the same as how can i be ricey and obnoxious. maybe this is more up your alley

Hey I just installed a custom new exhaust that I made direct fit sounds like a beast I will be posting images and a video of it.
