Very nice, welcome to the forum.
The only negative thing I have to say is I think it needs a drop.

I would agree that it needs a drop also. But there is still warranty on it and I know the dealers will find any way possible to say that my warranty is void cause I dropped it. Will most likely do it after my warranty is done or just get bigger wheels.

Does your ML have the Airmatic suspension?
If it does and you have a good relationship with your dealership, you could ask them to lower it via STAR. No warranty should be voided via this method.

I dont know purchased it December 08 brand new. Next time I visit the dealer Ill ask them about the system. Is there any other way I can find out if I have airmatic? The STAR method your were talking about how much does the dealer charge roughly? I was thinking of doing it in the Spring/Summer since snow just arrived today and have to take the wheels off asap.

If there's a button in the car that allows you to raise and lower the car, then you have it. It would be in the same row of buttons where the hazard lights button is. The dealer shouldn't really charge you anything for it, but there's a reason they're called "stealers." It's as simple as hooking up a computer to the car and entering some settings (AFAIK). There's no manual labor required to lower the suspension itself. You also might hear a "I don't know what you're talking about" or "we can't do that here" but that's absolutely BS.

Do you got an example of how the button looks like? I doubt if I had it I would find it hahaha. Was it an option/standard in 08? I think I have every option on the ML.

When I get home later I can take a picture of the button for you.
Until then, I'll try looking for one online.

It's the one with the picture of a car with an arrow pointing up. Next to the parktronic button, third from the right.
