Actually got a response from iJDM... they are apparently aware that error messages still occur on the newer model W164. I mentioned that I had a 2009, they offered to give me a refund.

2008 ML350 4matic
I have the SKU30 model currently installed in my 08 and they work perfectly. I bought them before their ad stated that they do not work well with M/B.
Who knows, but that is the SKU I have and they work.
