2011 ML350 Lease Deal - Did I get a decent deal?

First off, I am new to the forum and this would be my first post. Thanks in advance for all your inputs.

So, I drove off a new 2011 ML350 RWD basic (no options) for a 36 month lease and 12k miles a year.

I am paying $541 a month TOTAL with 3000 dollars down - 1190 went towards cap reduction cost. Did I get a decent deal?

Also to note, from the papers, the agreed upon price was 43,000, about 1600 below invoice if I remember correctly.

Thanks everyone in advance!

RWD? I thought all MLs were 4MATIC.

Sorry. I just realized that a RWD option is available.

You did OK, an average fair deal. However you did not do so well on the spec of your ML. Its the most bare bones ML I have heard of. You are missing out on lots of fun and convenient features.

Sosh,

What would have been a great deal on the 2011 ML350? Could you give me an example? My dad is actually thinking about getting another one for himself and I want to try and get the best deal possible this time.

My wife's car was based on an MSRP of ~48k.

Thats difficult to answer as you are not saying what you wish to lease and what the MSRP is.

Question Is this a good deal for ML350?

I got a quote of $529 + tax for 36 months, for a

2011 ML350 W4 with P1 package, 19'' wheels, trailer hitch, burl walnut trim, running board with MSRP of $48,990 and with options totalling $55,335. Black with cashemere mb-tex.

Downpayment of $4000 (approx $1000 for license fee)

I am new to lease and not sure if this is a good deal. MB financial offers this $529 + tax for all 2011 ML350 with a p1 pkg. So the dealer here offerred me to lower the downpayment to $2000 less + running board as I requested.
