No, not bad at all. Just not a big chrome fan, but that's only me. With that budget, why didn't you opt for the ML550 AMG front end to match the rear? I just went with the skid plate front & back, but man I wanted to change out the bumpers. I hope it doesn't look stupid with the 22's without a lip spoiler. How's the headlights/beam pattern? the one on friend's depo looks like this

So you only the upper side of the beam, instead of the upper and part of the lower. The slope is too long. I've had 3 cars with factory hid's but it's his is bad.
What's the spec's on the wheels? I ended up with 22x10 et50 on all fours. Chris, your car really looks good, enjoy. Look out for my thread when I get mine back.

I think the AMG front looks like shiit..Clumsy, That is why...Looks like a TANK or someting. Hate it. Brabus is much more good looking and much slimmer and can be fitted with LEDs. The chrome does not look as flashy in real life as on the pics. I have 9,5 x 22" and 10,5 x 22". The lights are fine and very bright. No prob.

I'm new to the board, but really like what you have done to your ML. Like many others the Command unit up date is something that I would like to do. I find it very annoying that there is NO time/distance on the unit that came stock in 2006. You said that your upgrade was basic plug an play (bluetooth ant and mic were the only added parts need?
Also I do like the chrom kit. Was that a Merc part or aftermarket?
Again you have taken a plane ML and made is very special.

..I could help you with the Comand if you where in europe. But since you are in the US you have to buy a US version and you find it often on Ebay.
Same with the chrome parts. Cheaper for you to get it "over there".

Looks good! I think the chrome trim really dressed up your ML. I like the chrome hood vent slashes you got...makes me want to find a set. Do they just glue on?
Looks like you have lowered the ride height a little, what springs did you use? Any issues getting the alignment back to spec with the drop? Is the camber and toe fully adjustable on these cars? Finally, what size tires do you have front and back?
