I think 20 is a good size, 22 adds way to much unsprung weight which is bad for your brakes, suspension, gas mileage and performance. I myself will be mounting 20" light weight wheels in several days on my ML, some of these oversized wheels weigh a ton.

Yeah tried 22s but they're too uncomfortable. And you guys won't even imagine how Mongolian roads are... Have chrome 5 spoke 22's for my GL and black 5 spoke deep dish 22's for my ML. They just destroy the car. I also have Brabus Monoblock VI 20''. But Grande Edition rims look better.

I am talking about unsprung weight, some of these aftermarket cheap wheels weigh over 40 pounds per wheel without the tire mounted, is that what you need on a ML is more weight?

Hmmm strange?! Maybe because of the low quality gasoline... Any tuning advice for my car?
There are a few things to do now.
1. LED smoked taillight
2. Black headlights with DRL
3. Exhaust system or mufflers (cant decide between AMG or Brabus)
4. Front skirt (Carlsson or Brabus)
5. Roof Spoiler
6. ML63 fender flares
Is anyone willing to sell this parts?

I have a 93 octane tune and have smoked tailights from ebay (top quality) and I think the ML63 fender flares are nice but you need the wheels to fill it out, you may have to replace the rear bumper if you get an exhaust upgrade which is always nice. I do not like the looks of most of the front skirts that are offered, please stay away from the bling, bling upgrades this is a Benz and not a Escalade from LA.
With your engine check light please make sure you have a proper seal on your filters.

The car doesn't look all that bad, I don't think the lame stock 17's look any good all blacked out(they look like steelies if you ask me). Other than that and the carbon door pillars(this is not a performance vehicle where it can be justified, it's a 5000lb oil tanker) it doesn't look that bad.
I think the ambers need to be removed from the blacked out housings, but other than that it isn't all that bad. It's MUCH better than taking chrome and going hog wild.
