How to tell if ML has Airmatic?

How can you tell? Id prefer the adjustability and capability of the air ride suspension system.

I cant seem to find any info on this.

Im looking at purchasing a 2007-2010 ML320

So do all bluetec ml320's have it? or none? some?

Is there a specific year range or???

it's an option on all ML models, except the ML63(AMG). Don't have specific numbers, but it's not a very common option - vast majority will not have it. It's a notoriously finicky system prone and expensive to repair.

I would have it again just for the great ride ,in luxury its like riding on a cloud ,normal is just right for cruising, sport turns it into a joy on fast bends.the self levering is fantastic put a 2 ton caravan on the tow bar and as soon as you start the engine it levels it self ,also the ability to raise the height helps offroad.
So far i have done 139 ks never had any problems whatsoever,

Im a pretty good mechanic so Im willing to chance having to mess with it. If I do Im fairly confident I can repair it cheaply and correctly.

The first ML320 Bluetec I saw had it, and now I kinda dont want to NOT have it. I do plan to do a little offroading and it might be "cooler"..for me anyways and my situation

Plus I have a bad neck and back sometimes, so the better the ride quality, the better

Yeah I think the reason the Airmatic gets a bad rap, is because when it DOES have a malfunction, its very very costly , especilly for MOST people that arent mechanics. Mercedes probably isnt known for thrifty car repairs lol

OK so ive been looking and looking and I cant seem to find a video or picture of what it would look like. Would it be below the HVAC controls on the center dash? Theres a few good places to put buttons there, so thats where Im thinking it should be.

So far I dont think any of the ones I have seen even have it. Bummer too Its hard enough to find a low mile one in my area, let alone at a place willing to deal on them. Most place I call only will go down $1000 or less off the listed price.

Ive been waiting and waiting until the right one, the right color combo(white/tan), CDI, with under 75K miles. With Airmatic.

Im not sure I care about whether it has the newer Nav(09+) or not. Anything thats out right now probably would blow the factory head unit away so Im willing to swap that out if its an 07-08 and I want momre features or a better interface.

Basically its coming down to "Can I even find a white one with Airmatic?" lol cuz I saw only one and it had 150,000 miles and its sold anyways.
