Dashboard lights flickering and speedo clocks on
Well i know for the issues with the tail lamp sealing and the bad drainage from the sunroof.
Can you tell me where are the drainage pipes of the sunroof, please?
Did you install new tail lamp seals?
Did you install a new negative battery cable?

The tail lamp seal if you mean the rear tailgate lamp is ok; the rear lights clusters (left and right) have new seals installed.
New negative battery cable plug is changed with new.
Open the sunroof and fill a small soda bottle with water and pour the water in front passenger side corner of the open sunroof.
The water should drain out behind the front tire. If it doesn't then that hose is clogged.
Then follow the same procedure to the other three corners. Only do one corner at a time.

We had a quart of water spill on the floor while we were driving, found out when we pulled over bottle got crushed under the seat.
Car horn was honking, windshield wipers going erratically. Looks like i need to pull that board and make sure it's dry!
Hope I don't have to pull the seat. If I do, for anyone else reading this, here's the doc on pulling the seat.

Once I had it cleaned up nicely I sprayed it with a canned air and then also used some electrical contact cleaner to degrease the board because I honestly didn't want to find out that there was some consequences from the WD residue on the board.
It's not necessary to remove the seat like he does in the video there's only two bolts that hold the connections on the battery, 213 mm nuts that hold the bracket that holds the battery, and then two torx. Bolts for the bracket that holds the board.
Prior to my cleaning the board three marker lights on the front of the car would stay on constantly requiring you to disconnect the battery.
Once I cleaned it it is now working great again!

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
So it have to be clean, dry and very well inspected for tiny mechanical problems. As far as i know the board doesn't have to be programmed.
