2011 ML350 diesel No start, intermittent no crank
Bought the car in June.
August this year the car sat for 3 weeks and the battery was dead when I returned from out of town. I jumpstarted it and it ran fine for a couple of weeks.
It started having intermittent no crank, no start problems. It would fire up after trying 3 or 4 times.
The intermittent no start problems turned into intermittent stalling problems. Sometimes while driving, sometimes while idling.
I pulled the OBD codes and it said low fuel rail pressure and system voltage malfunction.
MB dealer replaced the fuel pump. The car ran fine for about a week.
Intermittent no crank, no start and intermittent stalling problem returned. The OBD code showed p0560 system voltage malfunction.
The car will now do one of the following.
1. No crank no start
2. Crank and start for a few seconds and die
3. Very rarely it will run for 30 seconds- a few minutes then die while driving.
The battery was tested and it passed
The car consistently shows a p0560 code
If the battery gets lower then the low fuel pressure code returns as well as glowplug codes.
Please let me know if you have any ideas!
Thank you!

It is definitely not the battery. I just threw in a battery from another vehicle and had the exact same situation.
Also when the car was running I tested the voltage and it was above 14, leading me to believe the alternator is find.
The car now starts consistently, runs for 2-10 seconds then stalls. After the first time it starts it only runs for 1-2 seconds then dies.
