Mercedes does not assign "P" codes for eng. problems. Your code reader is assigning its own code number instead of M/B six digit code.

Those are standard ODBII codes, Maj. Google search can give the explanations. http://www.diagnostictrouble.com/p-obdii-codes/1
All of these codes have one thing in common, a faulty O2 sensor.

I have tried the website you recommended that has pretty generic codes which does not help me much. Should I buy any specific type of ODB reader that can help me to read codes little more clearly?

There is only one code that states that it could be a NOX sensor. These generic codes should only be used as a guide and never as Gospel. This is the reason why every automaker has there own set of codes so the problem can be pinpointed. M/B has 32 pages of listed codes for diesel engines.
