Command ntg 2.0 problem

G'day all? I have recently had a problem with my W164 command system. It began after I had a battery issue, the main battery was replaced and the back up battery was tested. My problem is it powers up to the MB logo then powers down after a few seconds. All was working fine prior to the battery failure, I have tested evey fuse in the four fuse boxes including the one under the seat. I am unable to get it scanned easily because Im about 500klms away from the closet service centre. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brendan

Brendan, turn the key to the on position and with a test light or DVOM, check both contacts on each fuse for 12v. Fuses 20 & 25 in the load compartment fuse box.

When you changed the battery, was the key in the ignition?

Did you check them as I suggested?

NEVER leave the key in the ign. when replacing components or parts, especially when needing a jump start..

Are there any other features that are not working?

Can you post a short video of the screen fading out?

Do you mean I can't eject? If so try this remedy.
