Hello. Can someone help me please.
I have a mercedes ml350 w164 2011 my tailgate lock working properly open and close but don't want launching up and down. I don't have strange noises in the latch . I check fuses,everything. My tailgate engine works and oil its perfect . Can be from tailgate latch ?? But it's working properly.

I just check in the trunk . Everything is ok. No water ,no corrosion. The hydraulic engine is working ,fuse box ,rear Sam everything. On my diagnostic interface i have a error about tailgate latch " short to ground ". But my latch open and close properly but the tailgate not launching up and down.

Did you remove the spare tire and everything else including the mat? How did you do it that fast?

Hello. Thanks for all support . I just sorted out yesterday my anti theft protection and tailgate . With hard reset on tailgate module and now everything works fine and for radio unit need to be recorded. I recomand this company with very professional service and friendly staff.
