10 ml350 bluetec no start no communication with ecu or CRM

10 ml350 bluetec no start no communication with ecu or CRM

I have 2010 ml 350 3.0 bluetech diesel that wont start and scan tool will not communicate with Engine ecu or Catalyst reduction module, as soon as key is turned on the radiator fan runs at full speed. both batteries are fully charged, when I try to access engine ecu with scan tool and it reads "ECU variant found in data base" when vehicle came in it was running and was repaired for the ususal oil cooler leaks and repaired and drived correctly for two days, all low voltage codes were cleared after repair and then after several drive cycles, a code came up for adblue pump! tank was completely empty with no other error messages on dash reguarding this. I filled tank Bled it out with scan tool, it was holding the 4 bar pressure, I let it idle then moved it 30 feet parked to cool down and will not start since. all fuses, fusable links have been checked, removed and checked for corrosion along with all module plugs and ecu connectors. No water evidence in car or in any sam or gateway module. I have my battery voltage at the dlc two grounds are perfect and both high and low can wires are at 2.5v with key on i am getting all power and grounds at engine/cdi ecu and have voltages on all can wires high and low.
ignition switch says that I have drive authorization and 8 attemps on adblue, I can trigger the starter manually and it will turn over and not start. codes I have are, c100 no can communication recieved from engine control unit,
code D10B No Can message recieved from engine management
those were in the ignition module

in airbag
code 9194 no can message was received from control unit n93 Central gateway
code 9196 no Can message was recieved from engine control ecu
code9197 same as above engine ecu

abs
5022 no can message recieved from engine control ecu

assyst 9204 not recieving messages from engine compartment gateway

instrument panel
9102 control module me motor electronics is not sending any data

was able to get into engine ecu with generic obd 2 and was able to rectrieve ECU ID : $E9 CVN 01 : 4855CA3E

Forget about all those CAN codes as they are a result of no communication with the ECU.

What repair did you do to the eng. prior to this problem?

Of course I can not be sure, but to make this repair the ECM harness connector must be disconnected and put aside. And with that I can only think that the harness was pinched or damaged.

i have checked all the connections and checked the resistance of all the wires and they check ok, would an open sensor cause this issue? havent found one yet

Check the fuses highlighted in the PDF. If they prove good, then you will have to seek professional help.
