Malfunction message, pic of car with an up arrow

This page https://mercedes-benz.168motive.com/...ol-system.html suggests a stuck level linkage.
Any other insight into the codes?
I am not familiar at all with the level linkage. Is there somewhere available any technical description on the design and construction? Are there linkages for each wheel or just for front/rear of the car?

The car belongs to my wife, so I hardly ever drive it myself. Here's some additional info:
- Contrary to my first posting, the malfunction symbol is as shown in the Owner's Manual
- While the alert was initially on while start-up, it now shows up while driving (possibly when the vehicle is supposed to lower itself?)
- The car is never sagging in any corner. I would say that it stands quite high up, but my wife does not see any difference to past -so who's to say..
