M280 CDI - W163 - TRANSMISSION SCN , CAN BUS PROBLEM

First of all, let me greet all forum members and MB enthusiasts.

yes...enthusiasts...

I'm working on a w164, 280 cdi project, my son's vehicle, my problem.
After I replaced the discs, pads, handbrake cables, handbrake lever, magnetic y sensors in the gearbox, steering rack, copper washers under 2 injectors (black death), front SAM (submerged).../ that was replaced first and up to that point the car worked.

The fuel gauge didn't work, I checked the rear SAM and found that it was also water damaged. I took off the taillights and pre-sealed them with silicone, while I waited for a new one from China. OF COURSE I didn't get a new one, and I didn't get the same one, but a variant with trailer connections, and, you guessed it, also with traces of water and corrosion. Since the Chinese did not acknowledge my complaint, I managed to assemble one of the two SAMs, which works, but has an error - 9153/relay F4kK. The point is that on the diagrams there are 2 models of the rear panel with fuses and relays, I have a newer version, I assume that the software in the SAM is intended for the older one:
- how to solve it OFF line (DAS-Xentry). At one point when I try to set the data off line I get a communication error - 8.568.0 and the process is interrupted.

The next problem was that we obviously broke the steering wheel position/angle needle, but I managed to replace it, delete the error codes and it works.

The main problem is that at one point I no longer have communication with the gearbox. And it throws out some other related communication errors.

According to the datagram, I first need to check the voltages and CAN bus.

CAN SOMEONE tell me the exact layout of the connected CAN buses on the x30/19 and x30/21 buses? I assume that these are the 2 slats to which the green and brown cables are connected. Which are which? How do I know which ones go where, how do I measure them? Also, if there are groups of devices that are on a separate CAN, where are the conclusions (120ohm).

While researching, and trying to get to the gearbox, DAS opens 3 versions of 722.x - EGS and one ASG, with any EXCEPT 722.9 from 2003 (which is obviously mine), it gives me errors without trying to connect to it, and when I select mine, after a while it throws the error (1.3)-3.515-2142 with the printout:

dating error
a connection could not be established between the Diagnose-Gateway and the control unit.
Possible causes:
The power supply for the control unit is incorrect.
The control unit does not belong to the series and therefore cannot be installed.

IS IT POSSIBLE that I deleted it at some point and that it needs to be recoded? SCN coding? or can it be offline?
- huge problem...

I don't have permission to start from the N15/3 control unit (EGS control unit) and the engine won't start, won't turn.
Also, the synchronization between the N73 control unit (EZS) and the N3/9 control unit (CDI) is "in progress"...

I'm getting lost...

On the printout of the ACTUAL CAN configuration and CAN error codes, I have the following unknowns:

for: HAQ, Razvodnik pogona, LWR, tAIRmatic and DISTRONIC under the rubric required CAn configuration it says - it does not exist, and this coincides with the rubric current configuration.

BUT, for: EZS it says exists- but current: DOES NOT EXIST

and for TRANSMISSION it says exists/current DOES NOT EXIST, with the addition of control units that are related to the transmitter: ISM, ESP, CDI

What should I try there?

I have Xentry, DAS, some variant, I have a lot of will and desire to solve the problem myself on the vehicle.

Yes, while the car was running, it started to occasionally turn on the engine fan at turbo speed, after a very short time of operation, not even a minute... and even earlier, and in the end it did not even turn off..maybe that will give some clue.

During the last diagnostics, for the first time it threw an error of component B11/4, which needs to be tested. Is it possible that it died while the engine was being worked on (I have to test the connector, I haven't had time to do that yet).

So, I'm opening a new topic, hoping for help from experienced people, as you can tell, I have a great desire to fix this bumblebee so my son can buzz with it for a long time to come.

"According to the datagram, I first need to check the voltages and CAN bus"

Do that, take out connector from gearbox and use a multimeter, it has voltage and CAN to be easily measure.

If is W164 - in title you wrote w163 - the engine ECU is the gateway for ISM and TCU. Not related with brown or green CAN.

Yes, tx for sugestion, mybe admin can change name of thread...

This is surprize for me,expected any unit have direct vires to CAN bus central conector.

Does any one have pinouts, or picture more visible how is devise sorted on central conector and / or witch devices are on witch separate CAN line.

If I understud U well, ALL wires from TCU and all wires from ISM goes to ECU . Power wires goes to fuses, also direct, or have some conector on the way to box?

Where can find pinouts / shematic to easy made test of conductivity?

Why DAS sugest to examine x30/19 and x30/21?

and 2.7v.
.

Funny, trayed to made deal with local MB dealer, to inspect and rewrite all softwares in car : they said, MB officialy can't do that, and offer me to conect me with some guys who do this for them?

He dont offer SCN coding. Why?....

Because you don't need any SCN codings,...

On the same CAN with the TCU there is the ISM. Can you connect with the ISM?

Now I read again your first message and I understand that you changed rpm sensors from the TCU board?

If yes, maybe Xentry is right a d you will need a new TCU as if CAN is clean and voltage is there, you may be broke the connector or something else when you changed the sensors.

If you can, just connect any 7G ( old model) board into the connector only to test if Xentry can handshake.

Yep, I'm afraid to something is broken...but, all was worked well. AND AFTER > I received chinese rear sam, and trayed to play with xentria, without expirience...and at first did not understand why when try to delete codes it nor recognize switch8ng of and on...after not solved to reconfigure rear sam...
Found IGNITION app for Xentria, ...to late.
Guess I mesed up transmission unit, mybe trayed to write something,or delete some codes..or initialize..dont know what spec, but yes..I did it.
now, xentry came to phase to program/ initialise but not in ofline mode.

For rear sam, it enter to edit mode,
but fail in writing and finalizing...

Even on your keyboard, can add "English" besides Serbian. No need to deactivate Serbian, any keyboard can autocorrect in more languages all together.

Same with Xentry ( no "a"). There is a hamburger menu in upper left corner from you can change to English.

More easy, choose 722.9 and follow the steps.
