I was playing with app on my Nexus phone with my new ML350 Bluetec Premium 1 today. I was able to use the unlock function successfully.

When I click on "Send2Benz" it says: "Your vehicle navigation system does not support Send2Benz". I thought all new ML350s supported it?

Press the I button and tell Mbrace they fix it in less than 5 minutes

Got it too.Lock and unlock work perfectly but haven't tried "Send2Benz" yet.I wish there wasn't a 1 mile radius limit on tracking the vehicle...I assume it's there to prevent some psychopath ex husband tracking down the wife and hurting her.

And no,I'm not a psycho ex husband!

seems like the only thing it does is lock, unlock, and locate your car...the send2benz part doesn't work for me..i guess it is because i have a 2012?

personally, i don't think it is worth it if i have to pay for it..just got it for the free 6mo. trial and will not continue after...

I had trouble with send2benz from my PC. I called mbrace. Got the problem sorted in a couple minutes. Call mbrace instead of bad mouthing the system.

It works. You need to hit the right hand button near the rear view mirror and tell them. They hit a few buttons and it starts working. I tried it with my daughter and it works great.
