installed camera..caught this today

not sure what her deal was but I'm gonna find out...could it be I parked across two stalls in a totally empty lot ? I came out to find my wiper extended and also had this done last week with the rear wiper also out..today she also twisted passenger mirror back 180 from closed position...grr...scratched the side of fender (minor)....(yes I must reposition the camera to clear the detector and give full frontal view)

i am planning to install a blackvue camera on my new 2014 ml350. it is really good to catch "hit and run". It seems I need to connect it to the fuse box to be able to record when car is parked. Anyone knows how to wire the cable to a fuse box?

Which camera do you have?

I've looked into this ever since someone tried to scam me in a fake accident that resulted in that person sing charged. The camera was running while the car was parked and off. Won't that kill the battery?

She was driving it..file previous shows her getting out..

Here is the camera I use...ITB-100HD...have 3 with good results..has GPS, records speed and cycles files as SD card fills..
hardwired..they use very little power...have knock sensors for parking incidents but I just leave on 24/7
Took power from the roof console light in the ML..ganged with power for Escort 9500ix...see my post for install of that

When looking at the camera from the outside through the front windshield is there any type of a visual indicator such as a blinking/steady light. etc? Would you be kind enough to post a frontal photo that shows how the camera would appear from the outside of the vehicle.
