Diamond white vs tenorite gray

Hi guys

I am going to buy my first ML BT and I couldn't decide which the color: tenorite gray or diamond white.

Any opinion and experiences about those colors: cons & pro for long term Canadian driving?

Thank you,

we've had both colors in our family, both keep clean pretty well and hide fine scratches, i find the tenorite grey can look great with a proper polish and sealant, but imo the white is a little sharper on the W166

I selected Diamond White. I have had silver and grey cars/trucks before and they were fine but on the ML350 the Diamond White stood out both in the sunshine and under lights. I fancy myself an amateur detailer of sorts and I find Diamond White to be very easy to maintain. By that I mean the techniques used are the same and so are most of the products but the steps involved are less and easier. I have yet to clay the paint other than the initial delivery due to what looked to me to be rail dust, although to tell you the truth I don't know what the contaminant really was. Since then it has required no clay and not even polish because it is a hard paint which resists marring and microfiber towel or pad scratches. All I have to do is use a good paint cleaner (the German brand P21S Paintwork Cleanser seems to be the best) and then go right to my wax or sealant.

There is no doubt that the grey/silver cars will give you a bit more "pop" and "wow factor" with proper detailing products and technique but unless you have the knowledge and time you will find the Diamond White to be bullet proof as to overall good looks and paint maintenance.
