New windsheild and new skins
And the windshield I think is a dealer thingy only..no other shops would even entertain a quote as they had to get the screen from dealer so for $1,200 Cdn I'm the proud owner of my 2nd new screen..and I learnt a few tidbits..like the dealer subs the install out..and charged for re-programming ...rain sense/headlight high beam controller / lane assist..that stuff in the center sensor unit..$250 to re-program..huh??..and was good enough to charge me to install a MB sticker on the lower passenger side that I neither asked for nor wanted but it's there now..for $15..oh and may as well get new blades for $60..
At least I got a new 300 to drive for free...right...nothing is free...I'm certain it's cost is in there somewhere...oh and let's not forget the $25 incidental shop supplies..$4 per tire tire tax ..I'm sure if I looked close enough I'd find the windshield and tire disposal costs..
...but I did get some good eats and coffees at the barista bar..Yes it costs to play king...but it's fun..now come next spring...rinse and repeat

Like this guy spreading road rash that I met on the bridge and he never even stopped the spreader..
turn up the audio and you'll hear the impacts..(and an explicit)

Windshields aren't covered in your auto insurance in Canada? I had mine replaced by a local autoglass shop that was arranged by my insurance company. They ordered the glass from the local dealer and installed at my house. No reprogramming of the sensors was needed. With my coverage, not even a deductible, so $0 out of pocket for me.
I think your dealer was screwing with you for the $250 programming fee IMO
I ended up going with Michelin Latitude Sports back when my Continentals wore out. I like them so far. From the Michelin website, these are basically Michelin PS2s just in truck tire sizes.
I'll ask for a better explanation on the programming fee/procedure as the service manager will be contacting me to dicuss the mess they left standing on the driver/passenger door thresholds

I would have opted for a Michelin had Pirelli not be paying for two...next time maybe
