How to lower ML?

Looking for info on possibly lowering 2015 ML250. Nothing radical. Just want to narrow the wheel/body gap. What is involved? Complexity. Cost.Comfort trade-off. Have 19" wheels that I intend to keep.

Any info appreciated.

It appears that these kits are for cars that already have AIRMATIC. My ML has standard suspension.

Talked to H&R Springs main office in U.S. No lowering springs yet available for my 2015 ML250. They asked me to email them with my info & they would notify me when available.
FYI. H&R 888 827-8881

Called H&R in U.S. & they say that the lowering springs for my ML250 are not available in the U.S. Contacted Hofele who referred my request to Hofele America who is supposed to contact me. Waiting for info. The online specs for the kit is to lower the front 40mm & the rear 45mm. Would still have about 3 inches clearance between wheel & fender.

H&R 29147-1 is the correct lowering spring set for my ML250. Spoke again with H&R USA. They confirmed this but said that they have not yet approved this for the US market. Until then I would have to getfrom UK or Germany. The only one that I could find was on E-Bay-"Tunershop-UK. Price $378 incl shipping.

ML350
Sorry to jack this thread but I'd figured I'd ask here instead of making a new thread about the same thing. I'm looking to lower my ML350 so its a bit stiffer on turns. I do not have airmatic suspension so I wanted to know if this is what I need:

Tunershop-uk no longer has the springs that I need on E-BAY. I am contacting them directly to see if I can get what I need. Will post when I get a reply.

LOwering springs on order

Thx for all the help. After much searching I found the best source is Tunershop-uk. Ordered mine late last week & look forward to getting them in 5-6 days. Have MB Indy shop lined up to do the work. Then alignment.

Also got my ML back Friday after being @ audioshop for an audio upgrade. Don,t have H.K. system-only basic from the factory. New door speakers,400 watt (rms) amp.tweeters & Dynamat on inside of all 4 doors. Great sound & No distortion @ any volume level. Dynamat improved my sound but also made @ major improvement in lowering the level of exterior sound entering the cabin. It is kind of eerie quiet.

Just want to clarify that DYNAMAT was Not used as my installer used a similar product which he felt was superior-but I do not have that name handy. Plan to post pic when completed.

Installer used HUSHMAT ELITE.

Wilazn. Go to either H&R. or Tunershop-uk and you can find the correct springs for your car.

H&R springs are due to be delivered by UPS tomorrow. They were shipped from Germany yesterday. Have a date next week to have them installed by an MB Indy repair shop.

QUESTION? How will lowering springs affect my stock Shocks? Have not seen any discussion re. this.

I would guess no effect, you will just loose wheel travel with shorter springs.

i lowered my 14 ml350 on 29147-1. But i am sitting really low. My camber is crazy. But there is no camber adjustments on the front, and with rear maxed out, still have crazy negative camber . What did you guys do?
