2014 ML350 running boards labor cost $1200????
Hi everyone,
I'm newbe in here and this is my first MB car ever. I just bought 2014 ML 350 4matic gas verion , the car is high for my kids without running boards . I just called my dealer to ask about the price and labor cost. They told me those boards for $1,090 and labor cost for $1,200. Total I have to pay for $2400s . Is that a cazy thing that MB always do ??? :-(((

Holy smokes thats high. How many dealers did you call? You can find the boards on here or ebay for much less then have a body shop install if cost is a significant factor. Some people rather just pay the dealer and not coordinate alternate means.

So far the 3rd sounds ok to me.
The same price for RB for all 3 dealers are $1,090.
I'm happy if someone here have those and wanna get rid of 'em.

Thanks so much!! I will take a look at it! I have a silly question may I ask? What's different between OEM style and OEM?? Could I bring those to any body shop or any technician for installation? TIA.

"style" = replicas. They look like and hopefully fit perfectly like MB parts. They may be great but I always like OEM. The good news is that RBs have poor resale so you should be able to find some for cheap.
