Another New Guy

Just picked up a new to me 2013 350 BlueTEC. It has just 38K miles so I'm hoping for good reliability. As I searched for right SUV, the BlueTEC topped my list for it's towing capacity. And, it was actually cheaper than any local Grand Cherokee or Tahoe in my area. I'll be towing my 32 Hemi Roadster to various shows.

I also have a 2013 350 Bluetec that I use to tow our Plymouth Prowler. Great tow vehicle.

Love the prowlers' look, dismayed at the hp rating. Dodge had a winner on their hands, they dropped the ball with the engine, IMHO

Looks like you winter in Cape Coral. I'm in Naples. We have some good car shows in the winter. You should come down.

The guys with Corvettes hate me when I park next to them. People are taking pictures of the Prowler and asking questions, but ignoring the 'vettes.

I know Prowler guys that have altered their motors or replace them with Dodge hemis. Not easy and it reveals another weakness, the tranny. It can't handle a lot more power. It is essentially the same tranny as in the Chrysler 300 from the late 90's. At least the car is super light due to all aluminum construction including the frame, and well balanced.

It sure gets a lot of attention.

Vette's suck, Tons of them, nothing to see there... The Prowler has so much potential.

Will do. I know the last Saturday of each month in the winter there is an event in downtown Ft. Myers. Never been but would like to.

I often do a Saturday quick event in North Naples. They have it every Saturday at the McDonalds.

I must have ADD because I just can't go and waste a whole day sitting next to a car. I prefer to go and spend an hour or so and then leave.

Also events in Punta Gorda at Muscle Car City

Ditto on all points. A whole day would make me implode....

Looking forward to meeting you and seeing all the cars. Sounds like fun!

I drove this Prowler across the block at the Mecum auction this past April in Houston. A bit scary for a first time driver of one since I couldn't see the front of it. While waiting in line you have people darting across your bow, many of whom have been drinking lemonades.
