At what mileage did you need brakes?

'10 C300, '15 ML250BT, '22 M850i Vert
At what mileage did you need brakes?
I have around 32k miles and have had my vehicle serviced once a year (it's a '15 ML250). I have been told my brakes are OK, but not how many miles may be left. How many miles before you needed brakes or how many do you have and still don't need brakes? Thanks in advance for your replies.

2015 ML350 BlueTEC 4Matic
Less then 40K km for front & rear pads & rotors. Brake wear sensor turned on about 5K km after dealership told me I needed both sets. Not happy with that dealership!

42,000 mi. Just annual checked... no need for brakes. OE Dunlop tires probably needed "sometime in the next 12 months). (rotated every 10,000 mi)
