Will this cracking be covered under factory warranty or will they consider this as normal wear and tear?

Doubtful. What year? How many miles? We bought a '14 ML350 CPO with a/c seats and got similar leather. 32k on the clock. Driver's seat looks exactly like yours. It's what leather does. My '13 Durango R/T looked that same way at 50k.

Maybe try feeding the leather with a good leather cream,i do mine every 3 months in both mercs.

1. 1st off - you have "wrinkling" - and not cracking.

2. Under New Car Warranty - it's the dealer's judgement call whether to pursue warranty claim for replacement - under CPO warranty I don't think that can happen
