trickle charge best method for 2102 ML350
Is it okay to trickle charge at the 12V 15A socket (cigarette lighter type)? Does it recharge both batteries? or is it better to use the jump-start terminals under the hood?
Thanks,
JJ

Personally, I use the terminals under the hood. But theoretically, anywhere 12v is present should work.

Haha no, I just am not entirely sure what the OP was getting at, and see a giant red flag knowing the temperamental electronics in these trucks to even dare try trickle charging from inside the vehicle after all of the circuits some of those systems touch before the end connections. Like you said, stick to the terminals under the hood. Especially for these 2102 year W166's 😂
