I'm looking for Navigation Updates for a 2013 Mercedes ML350 4 Matic I recently purchased. Any suggestions? Thx!

Your going to have to visit dealer and pay about $350 for the update. Only way to do it. I have a 2014 ML that I refuse to update at that price. My 2016 BMW 528 gets 2 updates a year for about $20.00 a piece.
This is one of the reasons I traded my E350 for a BMW. But I must confess that the ride in a ML is much better then a X5.

I appreciate your response. I was hoping I could install an updated upgrade dvd into comand.
I'm getting conflicting information on whether or not this is something I could do myself... what a rip off... I guess I will be using my iphone instead

Since you have an iPhone, get a Unichip Carplay box, and don't worry about updates to the factory nav. It is not perfect, but a pretty solid solution.

The Unichip is a box that you add to the headunit to give you Apple Carplay support.
I bought a code last year to upgrade my maps to V18. I got my code from *******.com which is an online forum with various automotive hacks etc and requires a donation to join. Once you have the software USB/DVD for one of the previously installed map versions there is a hack that allows you to install newer versions without a code as long as you have the newer version USB/DVD also. Just updated to V19 today using this hack. Various sites such as the below sell the map software and code. Ofcourse they are all circumventing Mercedes controls to do this so depending on the amount of risk you want to take this may not be ideal. My update today for example stopped at 19% and wouldn't go any further. Had to copy the files over to a different USB and then it worked.

I installed the unichip in my gl 350 and now my sound doesn't work on anything and my SAT option disappeared. Sirius said everything should be fine with my account. Do you know what might have happened and how to get my sound back?

hi guys,
i purchased a ML 350 a few days ago and when i press Navi - the screen shows 'No Navi'
since the rest of the car was decent, i didn't give this issue a lot of importance. but now that i own it, i want to have the navigation too. how can i get the Navi working ? The radio & music from USB is working great.
also 2 more questions - since its a used car, the buttons on the dash -
1. phone answer/reject - green/red were used extensively, so now it shows blobs of green/red colour - is there any way i can fix it? maybe some plain stickers with red and green colour ?
2. ac fan low button is also like a white blob
Any help is appreciated.
