w166 ML350BT EGR and ADblue delete, went te clogged DPF

Hello, i need some good advices.
2 months ago i remaped my 350BT. The remap included, more power, adblue delete and EGR closed. But now, 5000km later, the car i loosing power and smoking. High backpreasure and high booster preasure. The DPF is clogged, most likely by removing adblue.

So... As i can see, i have two options..

1. open up exhaust, and permanently remove the dpf, and code the dpf away.
2. Go back to orginal software, and try to open dpf by force regeneration from the star machine. And then, leave the car orginal.

What do you mean??

Removing the ADBLUE has got nothing to do with the DPF being clogged. You are 3/4 of the way there, you might was well permanently remove the DPF and code DPF delete while you are at it. That's what I would do, going backwards with the delete is not the way to go.

Can't believe you done all that and left the soot clogger , very often a true mpg improvement is achieved .

Thanks for reply, i also think te best thing to do is removing dpf. I`m going crazy of engine lamps and limpmodes. I,m not expert, but i have read many plases that adblue remove can clog dpf over time.. But im not shore.. but, the dpf i clogged, and it happened 7 weeks after remap.

Adblue treats exhaust gasses after the dpf so nothing to do with it clogging .

An egr stuck open is a different matter.

Thanks. The EGR is permanently closed from the remap. So it could not be that one

One thing i can say for 100% sure.. Almost imediately after the remap for 7 weeks ago, the engine light came on. The code caused the light was P2002/ 07E8 "diesel particular filter effedency below threshold bank 1"

At this time the dpf was absolutely not cloged. The dpf alarm was caused by som missing adblue values in the dpf. And i have never had this alarm before remap. It came once after the remap. I went back to the programmer and he fixed it.

So this makes me think adblue has to do With the dpf.

Update

I can confirm that a clogged DPF was my problem. Yesterday I removed the DPF from the exhaust. The car runs fine, full Power, no limp mode, no engine light.

I have now done a Complete EGR, ADBLUE & DPF delete on my 2013 ML350 BT.
