Looking for tint inspiration...

I'm looking for some nice tint inspiration photos of y'all's MLs. Who's got the best looking tint on their ML/GLE?

Please also share % as well as brand/type of tint.

Thanks!
Joel

Heyo,

I did Xpel XR 55% on the front windows on my ML, my parents prefer a lighter tint so that’s what I went with.

I personally find 35% to be a bit too common? or standard. I like 45%, as it gives a more elegant look

15 ML 400 4matic
3M tint on front glass and Windshield

This is my 2015 ML400 with 20% 3M on the front glass to match the rear and it’s hard to see on the windshield but the entire windshield is tinted with 32 % 3M Ceramic Tint. It’s like having the windshield polarized on a bright sunny day. It’s great!!

Nice! I hear good things about the Xpel ceramic and heat dissipation... I've even considered their latest either 80 or 90% windshield UV block that's supposedly "clear" but also blocks a ton of heat. That would be a key benefit or I'd probably not spend this much money on redoing the tint. Thanks for sharing!

That looks amazing on your super white ML! Pretty much every state around me (including mine) says that tinting a windshield in ANY WAY is illegal... But I'm hoping to put an 80 or 90% ceramic UV blocker film on mine anyways, there's a surprising amount of heat that comes in the windshield and right in your lap, no matter how dark my side windows are. Hoping that light of a % isn't too noticeable to the ticket dispensers.
