What is this Unseen Warning or Indictor in Multifunction Display?

What is this Unseen Warning or Indictor in Multifunction Display?
This appeared on a 2012 W166 ML350.
It occurred on the bottom line of the lower section of the Multifunction Display.
Not seen before.
I don't believe it's It's not Auto Start Stop or Ad Blue related.
Open to ideas.

This is not a MB warning sign, especially for a 2012 model given the tech limitation of the display. Post a picture of actual warning indication you're seeing.

It’s the auto high beam indicator. When there is no car in the front it shifts to auto high beam and lowers it when it senses the car in the front. You can turn it off or ON by flipping the the switch down on the left below the indicator by pushing it down.

This is an interesting suggestion. Auto high beam indicator.
I will test your suggestion - "OFF or ON by flipping the the switch down on the left below the indicator by pushing it down".
