Coolant leak behind firewall?

Hey team,
Have a 2015 ML350 (W166). It's loosing coolant. Fortunately it isn't going internally, but I don't know where it's leaking from. I can't see any leaking hoses, etc. In the images below, you can see it leaking down behind the metal panelling at the front left wheel. Is this a leak from the heater core? I've tried Googling and searching the forum and I can't find any info on a leak in this location. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Leak dripping down behind panel by left front wheel.

Look at the mounting bolt ON TOP LEFT OF THE RADIATOR. The top of the radiator is plastic and had one leak weeping out of a crack of the mounting plastic piece where the mounting bolt is located.

Hey, thanks I appreciate the reply. I did read about that before I posted. I haven't been able to find any sign of a leak around the radiator or in the engine bay. It's leaking underneath the car from behind the left firewall, nowhere else.

Yes. It was a blind-ended plastic bit against the rear firewall, part number A1669970859 (the blind-ended cap was leaking). Easy fix in the end.

Thanks! That will probably be it!
Was the blind end on the inside of the engine bay or behind the firewall?
How did you get the fitting out?

I can't recall exactly, but the little square bit in the middle of it slides into a slot that I think was at the top of the firewall. Couple of clips and it comes off easily. Locate it, run your car for a few mins and then pop your finger underneath the blind-ended tube - it it's leaking you'll find it there.

Im trying to fix my mothers car and im a bit lost, also want to be sure in getting the right part because I already replaced the heater core on this car and the problem persists
