2015 Ml350 help

The way this went from bad to a "no start" is strange...
Is it cranking?
Do you see gas pressure?
Is crank speed near adequate?
No worries about timing chains at 65kMi. Simply be sure to replace your favorite oil at 5kMi... Annual schedule is not enough.

I changed the oil with Liquimoly bout a month ago and still I am getting codes CEL and definitely misfires which I think my next move will be plugs and coils. I can't believe at such low miles and hardly driven this would happen.

These chassis are quite sensitive to voltage variations. Try to keep your batteries well charged, don't use "engine stop/start" (ECO).
Ignition parts must be kept reliable. Mandatory tune-up is every 50kMi.

As CaliBenzDriver mentioned, these vehicles are sensitive to voltage variations.

annual service on normal duty
Severe duty is a shorter schedule.
City driving burns oil into sludge
highway cools engine well.
5kMi is still a smart choice even best oils.
1Yr oil schedule okay based on use.
