HEADERS GOT CHERRY RED WITHIN 15-20 SECONDS
I just swapped an E55 motor to a G55 motor,the car idle smoothe,and all connection hooked up correctly.The E55 was a kleeman stg 4(headers,tb,cams....180 pully,stall converter,LET tune)I transferred all these parts to G55 which fit perfectly.But upon start up within 15-20 sec when the car is held at 4k rpm to recycle the headers get glowing cherry hot.Any help,or suggestion would be very helpful.

Yup that doesnt sound good.
I don't know if a lot of people visit this section of the forum so you might be better off posting this in the E55 sub-forum.

also look up oxygen sensor volts reading
if O2 sensor stuck in rich, during close loop operation. the computer shorten up the mixture to compensate for the supposed "rich" condition...therefore your car run lean.. pull out the spark plugs and confirm if its white color...
