2005 CL55 40k mile service and cost

My ride has just over 40k miles, but I need to do time interval services in addition to the B services. All Bulletins have been performed. Gas mileage gets better all the time.

I hear the "chirp" when it is cold out and/or the engine has not been driven for 5-10 miles. I have a MBUSA extended warranty up to 100k miles that kicked in after the 4 yr new car warranty expired. I have had good luck in getting the dealer to honor my interpretation of the warranty.

According to the MBUSA Maintenance booklet, here are the services I need to do in addition to the B service:
  • check driveshaft flex disks
replace air cleaner filters (I'll do this myself)
change oil and filter (B service item)
    replace compressor poly v belt
    replace brake fluid
    " fuel filter
    check suspension/body structure
check body for paint damage (none)
    service tilt/sliding roof

Questions:
How much should this cost me at the dealer?
How much should this cost me at an AMG specialist MB-only independent?
Are there any items I have left out that I should have serviced, like replacing the coolant?

Note that I am looking for guesstimates.

I am in New England for labor rates.

Thanks in advance!

it is due for spark plugs. 5years or 100k miles whichever comes first.
Why not change your own oil mobil 1 0w40 synthetic fleece filter at www.autohausaz.com
The s/c belt also easy diy
You don't need an AMG only indie. It is not rocket science.

Thanks for the tip on the 100k service - this what my technician recommends also!

So far I have had the coolant, brake fluid, and oil change performed at the dealer to keep the warranty. Their prices were reasonable so that made sense.

So far I've only been able to get 13 of the Bosch/OEM spark plugs at a reasonable price. None of the retailer here have them. Any ideas before I go to the dealer? ($22 vs. $10.79)

Do you know what the part numbers of the two belts and pulleys are?

Should I have my ABC fluid changed? (I've had zero problems with ABC. It's a wonderful system.)

Should I have my transmission and rear end fluid changed?

Any other maintenance ideas?
