V12TT Need Help with troubleshooting misfire codes

Anyone have troubleshooting info for misfires? Seems all cylinders on right side have set misfire codes. If I clear the codes they are immediately reset. According to the part number on the coil pack is has already been replaced. I have had the car for about a month and today the CEL came on with codes P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305 and P0306. I suspect the ignition module, but wanted to test it rather then just through parts at it.
Thanks,
-Jim

Its hard not to think its the coil since its the entire cylinder bank, I've had one side then the other a month later which was then replaced a second time along with the ignition module. In the end I think the ignition module may have shown misfires in both banks which was why it was replaced. There are a few part numbers on these coils. From what I was told they, were problematic and took a few redesigns to correct. You may want to confirm you have the newest part number not just one that wasn't original.

It's most probably the ignition power supply placed between the two cylinder rows. I had the same faults as you, and MB changed the ignition coil, but it was the ignition power supply that was faulty.

Well I ordered the coil pack yesterday. Hopefully that is the problem. I wasn't able to track down any diagnostic proceedures to test it.

Good result.

I'm going to have to do the same for mine, if I can get hold of one. Getting fed-up with limping home.

best price was parts.com, but they charged me $140 for shipping. bmwmercedesparts.com was a few dollars more and shipping is free. I didnt go with them becuase my last order took two weeks to be delivered and I needed my car back up and running. My other car needs a head gasket and was getting worse by the day.
