Nice jig, lol. I should have done that with mine so I didn't have to tack them in place and then take everything back off.

You guys crack me up. I cut mine out and welded in str8 pipes without removing the head pipes from the manifolds. Sure you have to weld places you can't see, but after doing exhaust for a living for 7 years I got pretty good at it. That was almost 30 years ago, but apparently I can still mig weld by sound and the shape of the glow.

I've done plenty of stuff in place. But as picky as I am about noise on my Benz, I didn't want to chance any leaks. Plus, I didn't really want to be doing all that cutting and welding next to all sorts of things that could easily be damaged.

So I dynoed my car after removing cats redline is old diagram before removing cats blue is new 537whp at the wheel 680 at flywheel 25%loss on dynodynamics . I need new ecu software for cats removal . With 19psi boost after ecu retune it will have 23psi around +30whp keep new posts. I will install ice tank meth soon. And plan to upgrade turbos at turbo dynamics and install full wider wide downpipes with full str8pipe exhaust
